Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a critical liaison between engineering and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to create test scenarios and support UAT processes.
  • Provide in-person assistance to business teams during test execution, including guidance on SAP screen navigation, resolution of basic SAP errors, alignment with process flow and business requirements, explanation of SAP field meanings and their impact on the end-to-end process flow, and troubleshooting for smooth process execution.
  • Assist QA and business teams with documentation and review of test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Review and triage defects logged during all phases of testing, and provide input on training documentation created by the EY OCM team.
  • Annotate testing sessions to provide additional detail to end user "handbook" materials for SAP system use.
  • Own the Requirements Lifecycle, from gathering to documentation and traceability.
  • Document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and test case scenarios, and review them with business and QA teams.
  • Create and maintain a traceability matrix of requirements back to the test cases, working with QA teams on input.
  • Assist in reviewing test cases and providing knowledge transfer from design sessions to QA teams.
  • Update and support JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
  • Facilitate and resolve RAID log items with the business and EY teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Participate in and facilitate detailed design/build discussions between engineering and business teams, utilizing your hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA in Purchase to Pay/Manufacturing - Purchase order/Groods receipt processing, inventory management, direct/indirect procurement, production orders, etc (as a business user or end user or as a functional consultant) is a must, with implementation experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Consultant, focusing on Requirements Gathering Lifecycle.
  • Excellent independence, self-starter, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise between engineering and business teams.
  • Should be able to travel every week to Mason, Ohio to support test execution and training to users.
