Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cath Lab team in Lewiston, ID. This role involves providing care for patients undergoing various cardiac and vascular procedures, with a focus on high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a structured call schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer direct care to patients in the Cath Lab during procedures like TCAR, AAA, Peripheral Vascular, Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Right and Left Heart Cath, STEMI, and Stroke.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, technicians, and other nursing staff.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Must-Haves:

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Salary and Experience-Based Compensation:

  • Minimum (New Grads): $35.62/hr
  • Mid-Level (10 years of experience): $45.58/hr
  • Maximum (28+ years of experience): $59.98/hr

Shift/Weekend Rotation:

  • Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00am 3:30pm)
  • Call Schedule: $4.00/hour while on call (Minimum 8 shifts/month, 1-2 weekends/month)
  • Call Back: Minimum of 2 hours paid at time-and-a-half

Volume/Caseload:

  • 30+ scheduled cases per week

Types of Procedures:

  • TCAR, AAA, Peripheral Vascular, Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Right and Left Heart Catheterizations, STEMI, and Stroke

Shift Differentials:

  • Evening Shift (3:00pm 11:30pm): 8%
  • Night Shift (11:00pm 7:30am): 11%
  • No Weekend Differential
