FIS IBS Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist with hands-on experience using FIS Integrated Business Solutions (IBS). The ideal candidate will have experience in loan operations, specifically entering loans into the FIS IBS system. This is an operational role, not a technical position, focusing on the day-to-day usage and maintenance of loan data within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage loan data within the FIS IBS platform.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan information in the system.
  • Collaborate with loan processing teams to streamline data entry procedures.
  • Monitor daily operations and troubleshoot any issues related to loan entries.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and procedures.
