Upcoming opportunity for a results-driven Service Operations Manager to oversee a team of technicians, including in-house, field, project, and installation staff. This role requires managing client relationships across multiple states, as well as vendor management. The ideal candidate will excel in monitoring daily operations, optimizing service metrics, and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of technicians.
  • Client and Vendor Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and vendors in designated regions.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, including scheduling and time/attendance review, to ensure efficiency.
  • Service Metrics Improvement: Manage service order metrics by reducing call volume and decreasing the number of items needing scheduling.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Team Collaboration: Implement and facilitate weekly service team meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation Management: Manage documentation related to company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Enhancement: Drive improvements in net margin and service efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Act as a second-tier technical support resource for complex service issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in service operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, time management, and service metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Relevant certification(s) preferred.

This role requires the ability to work on site in Lancaster on a Hybrid basis.
