We are seeking a Functional Analyst with 15+ years of experience with government finance experience with a concentration on Travel Expense requirements as well as program budgeting and oversight of program financials to work alongside our corporate and program analysts.

This is a fully remote role!

HOW AN FINANCE & BUDGET PROGRAM ANALYST EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Contributes to or manages subcontractor financial management, long-term forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, EAC calculations, proposal pricing, and other ad hoc reporting
  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedule inputs, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for all task orders
  • Participate with task leads, managers, and program management to monitor essential milestones to insure contractual financial requirements are met
  • Extracts or compiles data from supporting financial management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports
  • Utilizes functional knowledge of CONCUR in the Federal Financial modules including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Budget Planning, rolling forecast, program financial ad hoc reporting, Purchase Card (Pcard) etc.
  • Translates business requirements into technical solutions and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Supports assigned managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, reconciling, and reporting financial data as requested
  • In conjunction with corporate finance, ensures vendors costs are correctly recorded and allocated in the company's financial accounting system and forecasts
  • Manages others as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Government contracts experience and knowledge of multiple contract types required
  • Proven experience in Oracle Financial Systems and Concur Travel required
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, as needed
Desired:
  • Functional in either Travel/CONCUR, Purchase Card (P-Card) or Procurement, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The likely salary range for this position is $134,597 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
