Program Manager, Tech- HRIS Technology (EXT)

About the Role

The Program Manager, HCM Technology role will be perfect for someone with extensive experience in management, development, and execution of HCM strategies related to systems and platforms (HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Headcount Planning) leveraging both SaaS and internally built applications.

We're looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our People Technology Team to support our HR Service Delivery and HCM initiatives. In this key role, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Program Partners, and Engineers to assist in designing and implementing innovative people tech tools that drive our HrSD / HCM efforts. You will help support Compensation, Talent & Performance, Lifecycle Events, and intranet management leveraging both SaaS and internally built applications. The People Tech team drives transformational initiatives within the P&P function, fostering innovative approaches to simplify processes, tools, and systems. ---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates.

Build and improve HCM internal processes from hire to retire

Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary.

Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements.

Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPM's) and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution.

Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools

Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades and patches.

Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary.

Partner closely with Product & Program Managers to execute against deliverables and support their day-to-day activities

---- Basic Qualifications ----

4-7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years administering or supporting People Tech tools (e.g., Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow).

Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.

Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with product lifecycle management.

Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
