Job Description
Position Title: Business Analysis - Technical Writer - Advanced

Job Type: Contract [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)/PART TIME (<30 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT/TEMP TO HIRE/PERM], [REMOTE/HYBRID/ON-SITE]
Pay Range: $43.84 - $46.67

In this role, youll:
Write easy-to-read instructions for end users for the complete set of Access products and services.
Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style.
Follow the firms content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders.
Provide insights for improving the usability of content.
You should have a good understanding of:
Instructional content editing/writing.
User experience writing.
Application of brand book and style book guidelines.
AP Stylebook.
End-user instructions.
B2B financial services content.
Your experience should include:
Seven or more years of experience as an instructional content creator.
A portfolio of instructional content examples that demonstrate clarity of style and voice.
Ability to quickly learn banking concepts and understand how products work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience developing content using the WalkMe platform is a plus.
