  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineering will focus on the design, analysis, and production of mechanical systems for the trailer manufacturing, mechanical engineers would work on the structural design of trailers, ensuring that they can carry loads efficiently and withstand stresses. Important for choosing materials, designing suspension systems, and ensuring safety features are well-integrated. The Mechanical Engineering will also be heavily involved in utilizing SolidWorks and/or Inventor CAD software for design and development, while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

  • Oversee the design and development of trailers and related products, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Utilize SolidWorks and/or Inventor CAD software to create and review detailed 3D models and drawings of trailer components and assemblies.
  • Ensure that all designs are optimized for manufacturability, cost, and performance.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, from concept through to production.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and quality control, to ensure successful project execution.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices to ensure high-quality product designs.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control team to resolve any design-related issues during the manufacturing process.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in design, development, and production.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD software and manufacturing technologies.

Customer Interaction:

  • Work closely with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the design and development phases.
  • Address customer feedback and incorporate necessary changes into product designs.
