This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What I t's Like

Our Measurement and Analytics team focuses on using data-driven insights to enhance decision-making across CRM and marketing strategies. We collaborate with the Data Science team, which develops and maintains propensity models, while our team ensures that measurement frameworks are implemented effectively. We strive to optimize Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning and deliver measurable impacts across key business areas.

What You'll Do

The intern will contribute to data analytics projects by analyzing key datasets and generating insights that inform decision-making. They will also assist with maintaining and improving our Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting. This blend of analytical work and visualization will directly support performance optimization and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze and interpret data to support CRM and NBA decision-making efforts, providing actionable insights for optimizing customer engagement.


  • Collaborate with the data science team on propensity models, helping to refine and validate predictions used for targeting and personalization.


  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and delivering visual insights to business stakeholders.


  • Support marketing and campaign performance analysis, contributing to reports and presentations that guide business strategies.


  • Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to real-world applications of data science, analytics, and decision-making tools.

What It Takes


  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field


  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, and manipulation


  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred)


  • Experience with statistical modeling or exposure to propensity models is a plus


  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets


  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies


  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business recommendations


  • Team-oriented approach with a willingness to collaborate on cross-functional projects


  • Certifications in Power BI, SQL, or Data Analytics (preferred but not required )


Minimum Qualifications


  • At least 18 years of age


  • Legally authorized to work in the United States


  • Must have graduated within the last 12 - months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors degree program


  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location .

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location .
