Duration; 12 to 36 months
Hybrid: This will be 3 days on site and two days remote.
This Kanban lead will be supporting the Business-as-Usual Initiative which is a business resiliency initiative working with development teams supporting AML and LSS (Anti Money Laundering and Life Specialty Services). ( this will be a very big plus if they have experience with Business resiliency.) The manager will look at very Sr. Scrum masters, but we really need to find her a Kanban Lead. Once the JP is created, I will send out all the additional details but please focus on this for now.
3-5 years as a Kanban Lead with a scrum master background in previous experience before being a Kanban Lead.
- Agile, SAFe cert, (Kanban Cert is large plus here)
- Strong Leadership, Communication, and a proactive resource, (she doesn't want someone that has to be told what to do all the time but otherwise someone who is proactive engaging with the teams)
- Kanban Methodology
- Business Resilience experience
- Preferred financial services experience.
- SDLC, Agile methodologies, (Stand ups, sprints, PI planning)
- Someone who has lead scrum teams and has a vast understanding of the Kanban Methodologies.
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong understanding of and experience with change management concepts and standard practices
