  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Healthcare Lead Business Analyst (Benefits/Risk Assessment) Detroit, MI(Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Lead Business Analyst to join our team! This role focuses on Benefits quality assessment, Risk assessment, and Data platform development, playing a key part in the success of our healthcare client s data platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for healthcare data platforms.
Create technical documentation (current/future state, gap analysis, data flow diagrams, etc.).
Collaborate with development teams for seamless implementation.
Participate in Agile processes for delivering product increments.
Analyze data and write SQL queries to support data-driven insights.
Conduct UAT, implementation planning, and system enhancements.
Develop strategic partnerships with business units to align project goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
5+ years in healthcare business analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and databases like SQL Server, MySQL.
Experience with Tableau and report building.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
