**Position Overview:**

As a New Home Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective buyers through their homebuying journey in Jacksonville, Florida. Your role will involve showcasing our diverse product features, floor plans, and designs to meet the unique needs of each customer. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless homebuilding process and superior customer satisfaction. Over six figure income potential guaranteed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Convert visiting customers into future homeowners by effectively communicating GCI Homes’ offerings.

- Utilize various resources, including marketing materials and model homes, to generate sales.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer service goals with minimal supervision.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to maintain GCI Homes' leading position in the industry.

- Educate potential buyers on GCI Homes' product lines, advantages, GCI Difference, financing options, and more.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, providing support from initial meetings through to home closings.

- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in division meetings to ensure effective communication and a smooth homebuilding process.

- Maintain the GCI Homes brand image by overseeing community appearance and home maintenance.

**Requirements:**

- Associate’s degree preferred, but not required; equivalent training in sales and marketing is acceptable.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in new home sales, with a proven track record of success in sales volume and customer satisfaction.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to balance individual and team collaboration.

- Strong communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

- Must possess and maintain all appropriate state and local level real estate licenses.

-ECI and Monday software experience is a plus.

-Must have active and in good standing real estate license.

-License must be moved and held by our partnership Keller Willaims brokerage.

**Work Conditions:**

- Weekend work required.

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- A personal cell phone and a valid driver’s license are required.

- Ability to demonstrate homes across multiple levels and varying stages of development across the market.
