We have an exciting opportunity for a long-term contract CRM Support Specialist in Livonia, Michigan. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote. As a CRM Support Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in ticketing support, data management, and data analytics to ensure operational improvements. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

2 or more years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

2 or more years' experience with IT Support and basic troubleshooting

Experience with Ticketing Systems, managing system configurations, automation, data migration, CRM process, and customizations

Strong documentation experience

Advanced communication and customer service experience

Ability to train and mentor other team members or end users as needed

Experience with Microsoft Technologies
