As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our Enterprise digital payments product, enabling seamless and frictionless health payments and financial experiences. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of our digital roadmap. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy: Define and communicate the strategic vision for our Enterprise digital payments product, aligning it with business goals and customer needs
  • Roadmap planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives
  • Requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Agile product development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation and design to development, testing, and launch
  • User experience (UX) optimization: Advocate for user-centered design principles, supporting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital products, iterating based on data-driven insights. Communicate key management by objectives (MBOs) and performance metrics to leaders at a regular cadence or ad hoc per line of business requests
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Stakeholder communication: Lead and define product strategy, digital best practices, roadmap updates, milestones and challenges to stakeholders and external partners as needed, fostering transparency and alignment

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the digital payments or e-commerce domain
  • 2+ years in a leadership role and a proven track record of successfully leading initiatives and delivering digital products or services that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Understanding of payment processing, integration with platforms like Stripe, and digital wallet technologies
  • Pronounced strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
  • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices, with experience in leading agile product teams
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Commitment to a hybrid schedule that includes 3 days in office in Eden Prairie each week

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Total Compensation. As part of your total compensation package, which includes base, bonus opportunity, PTO and holiday pay, you will also receive these benefits at these rates, not to mention a remote work opportunity and healthy work/life balance.
