Your leadership will drive innovative maintenance practices, optimizing equipment performance and supporting ambitious production goals. You'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive environment.
What will you do?
- Lead and direct maintenance programs to ensure efficient equipment performance.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Analyze machinery failures and successfully implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Train and develop maintenance staff to achieve outstanding performance.
- Coordinate equipment inventory and procurement.
How will you get here?
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, and maintenance.
- 3-5 years of proven supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance and operational strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team to compete with the best.
- Capacity to work on-call and manage emergency situations effectively.
