Job Description:
As a Part-Time Sales Director at NetraScale, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading our sales team, forging and closing strategic partnerships and working closely with our highly talented international team. You will leverage your expertise to position NetraScale as a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our company's vision and goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and support.
- Identify and target potential customers in the highly regulated cybersecurity market.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our AI-powered solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Build strong relationships with partners and channel partners.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity or tech sector.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and its competitive landscape.
- A demonstrated track record in the SaaS space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Passion for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Other Considerations:
- Industry Experience: Experience in the FinTech, RegTech or cybersecurity sectors would be a strong advantage.
- Remote Work: As a remote role, you should be comfortable working independently and effectively communicating with team members in a virtual environment.
