Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind our brand’s public face. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box, create bold campaigns, and knows how to harness the power of digital marketing to attract the city’s trendiest clientele. You’ll spearhead our marketing efforts, from curating our social media presence to launching innovative campaigns that make waves in the NYC events scene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Digital Wizardry:
- Develop and manage a killer digital marketing strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Organic, paid, PPC – you’ll know what mix drives results.
- Produce scroll-stopping content that amplifies our brand's voice and attracts engagement from the trendsetters of NYC.
- Creative Campaign Genius:
- Own the creative process from ideation to execution. Whether it’s a holiday push, a new event concept, or launching a fresh menu, you’ll have the creative freedom to craft and implement campaigns that align with our brand’s growth strategy.
- Create buzz around our events and services that turns heads and drives bookings.
- Storyteller & Content Creator:
- You’ll be the voice behind our brand, writing engaging copy for everything from blog posts and newsletters to website content that excites and inspires.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the culinary team to showcase the visual magic of our events.
- Strategy Guru:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. You'll be the architect behind our brand's presence, ensuring our message reaches the right audience.
- Data-Driven Marketer:
- You’re not just creative; you know how to measure success. Track, analyze, and report on all marketing efforts to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI. Use data to continually evolve our approach.
- Brand Consistency Master:
- Oversee the creation and consistency of all marketing materials, ensuring our edgy, vibrant voice and visual identity stays strong across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (or a similar role), with a passion for modern, high-energy brands.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. You know how to create viral content and build community.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a sharp eye for trends.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience in the hospitality, catering, or events industry is a huge plus (bonus points if you’ve worked in an environment that’s as fast-paced and creative as ours!).
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A get-it-done attitude with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
