Position Overview:
As the Real Estate Assistant for Kason Hart at Magnolia Realty, you will provide comprehensive support to Kason in managing daily tasks, engaging with clients, and driving business growth. This role involves a blend of administrative duties, social media management, and client relations, with the goal of helping Kason deliver outstanding service and achieve real estate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support for Kason Hart:**
- Manage Kason’s schedule, including organizing appointments, meetings, and property showings.
- Prepare and organize transaction documents such as contracts, agreements, and listing materials.
- Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update property listings on MLS and other real estate platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property-related needs.
- **Social Media and Marketing Management:**
- Develop and schedule engaging content for Kason’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to enhance Kason’s online presence and attract new clients.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities.
- **Client and Event Management:**
- Plan, organize, and manage open houses, client appreciation events, and community outreach activities.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns to promote listings and events.
- Coordinate client appointments, property showings, and follow-up communications to ensure exceptional client service.
- **Transaction and Operations Support:**
- Prepare and review real estate contracts, agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
- Track transaction progress, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing closing documents and coordinating with clients, title companies, and other parties for smooth closings.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a real estate or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to supporting Kason Hart’s success.
