  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Marcum Search has a full time direct hire position with a law firm in Los Angeles for a Power BI Developer/Data Analyst where you'll design, develop, and maintain data visualization tools and financial reports, as well as querying data from various sources to craft custom financial reports. This role demands expertise in Power BI, and SQL.

Local candidates only. 2 days a week on site.

Required Skills

  • At least 3 years with experience in Power BI, DAX queries, and data modeling.
  • Experience with querying data from Elite 3E, SharePoint, SQL, etc.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and budget forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Develop custom financial reports including A/R, A/P, and P&L.
  • Collaborate with financial teams and the Reporting Solutions Manager for ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Ensure data solutions align with business objectives and legal standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Business Objects, SSRS, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of financial management systems like Elite or Aderant.
  • Experience handling sensitive financial data securely.

Salary Range - $80,000 - $110,000 yearly depending upon experience.
