We are hiring a Senior Art Director for one of our largest and fastest growing accounts – a Fortune 200 company, for whom we run a multi-million-dollar, multi-channel, broad and complex content marketing program. In this role, you’ll give content a visual presence across multiple platforms, including websites, print magazines and social media. You’ll work directly with agency and client stakeholders, in the ongoing evolution of this award-winning account. This role is hybrid in our D.C., Chicago or New York office and reports to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

•Art Direct and design strategic content, including but not limited to publication design, digital assets for web and social media, video, presentation decks.

•Participate and contribute in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.

•Present your work persuasively to internal and client stakeholders.

•Manage multiple projects at once, adhering to brand guidelines and team deadlines.

•Take hands-on responsibility for your work – you’ll get direction then run with it.

•Lead and/or collaborate across teams, including content, engagement, and account operations.

•Ensure quality of all creative deliverables on assignments.

•Oversee the creative execution of presentation decks and proposals for internal and external usage.

•Own the production design for creative projects as assigned.

Requirements

•Passion for your craft – a creative thinker and doer, constantly curious.

•9+ years of art direction and design experience in advertising/publishing/marketing agencies.

•Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

•Innovative portfolio including art direction, design, and illustration across platforms.

•Experience collaborating across agency teams.

•Experience concepting and presenting creative deliverables.

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
