  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Hybrid (Texas Residents ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain multiple environments to increase observability and performance.
  • Develop tools to continuously improve the maintainability, monitoring, security, and scalability of cloud deployments.
  • Provide operational support and ongoing enhancements to the SHARP platform.
  • Establish proactive controls to monitor the health of various AWS services, improving the reliability of tools and applications.
  • Support, maintain, monitor, and secure various AWS IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Enhance security measures across services based on a zero-trust model.
  • Perform Linux administration and troubleshoot network-related issues.

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • experience in establishing proactive controls for monitoring the health of AWS services, ensuring tool and application reliability.
  • experience in supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and securing AWS IaaS and PaaS services.
  • experience in improving security for various services based on a zero-trust model.
  • experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting network issues.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications
  • programming experience (strong programming skills preferred).
  • experience with Splunk (strongly preferred).
  • experience or knowledge of DevOps concepts.
  • AWS SysOps Administrator Certification (1+ year preferred).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between tasks as needed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
