As the Facilities Engineer in charge of the Building Management System / Instrumentation & Controls - you will oversee the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of our new building management system as well as maintain our current BMS. You will support the management of our facility's monitoring and control systems to ensure the stable and reliable supply of plant utilities and equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing the startup of new facility systems, fostering collaboration within our organization and with external teams. Your responsibilities will extend to providing support to both Facility and FAB operations teams in resolving production issues, as well as facilitating a continuous improvement and people development culture.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $115,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.

Additionally, you will play a key role in executing the startup of new facility systems, fostering collaboration within our organization and with external teams. Responsibilities
- Oversee the expansion and modification of the facility's monitoring controls system, coordinating with outsourcing contractors as necessary.
- Enhance the overall capabilities of the system, with a particular focus on improving reliability.
- Schedule maintenance activities in collaboration with contractor members.
- Streamline organizational workflows to improve overall efficiency.
- Strengthen the defense capabilities of our supply system in terms of reliability and quality.
- Collaborate closely with outsourced contractors to assign daily operational tasks effectively. Enhance the professional capabilities of both outsourced engineers and internal team members.
Your profile
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instrument & control system engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relative education and background with minimum of 3 years experiences in instrument & control operation, preferably in semi-conductor industry.
- Demonstrate adept cross-functional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Schneider PLC and Ignition HMI Software.
