Paid Social & Programmatic Specialist

Position Summary: Paid Social & Programmatic Specialists, are junior media professionals that excel at utilizing data to optimize paid campaigns while also understanding the ever-changing digital behavior of today s consumer. This role is hands-on in the paid social and programmatic marketing and advertising platforms, supporting numerous enterprise level paid campaigns, being managed at global levels.

Minimum Skills & Requirements:

• What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor s Degree in communications, marketing, media or a related field.
  • Two to three (2-3) years of experience working on paid social and/or programmatic marketing campaigns.
  • A strong working knowledge of Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and The Trade Desk advertising platforms.
  • The ability to analyze data and information and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in business analytics web analytics or otherwise.

  • You are a flexible, self-starter, with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects at once and meticulously follow process.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the proven ability to articulate observations and insights.
  • You have strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • You are detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating on social and programmatic strategy development.
• Coordinating, executing and analyzing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, as well as other related platforms.
• Maintaining an understanding of fundamental digital marketing metrics and how they interact and influence one another.
• Remaining up to date with knowledge of client specific KPIs and general business information.
• Working with Strategists to ensure the client campaign goals/objectives are achieved.
• Taking ownership of following organization optimization and reporting processes:
  • Work across Excel, web interfaces, desktop editors, and ad servers to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and optimization recommendations to Strategists.
