About the Owners: One owner holds a MSN from South University with over 18 year’s nursing experience, within that, 7 years has been as a Family Nurse Practitioner within various settings: critical care, primary care, off-site primary care (autonomously running the clinic). The other owner, holds a Health Policy & Management Executive Masters from UNC Chapel Hill with most recent experience around Clinical IT product development & strategic marketing. Also, has served as a leader in multiple industries in the areas of: research-based academia, retail pharmacy, patient-care, and clinical laboratory.

What we are looking for:

A soon-to-be/recent grad, graduating with their Bachelors in marketing or a relevant field.

The marketing intern will start at a 3 month minimum contract, to bolster our marketing team as we are drawing closer to scaling up from beta.

We would look to build marketing strategies across a number of areas: roadmapping, local event planning, social media content, influencers engagement, etc., and are looking for someone who will think of creative ideas for us to get our product out to consumers through pipeline review. There are opportunities for field engagement beyond remote capacity. Some commission-based opportunities are available.

Market Responsibilities:

-Someone to provide market intelligence, understand the competitive landscape.

-Develop marketing plans that explain key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.

-Aid in company’s positioning activities, branding, internal website, social media platforms or once product has hit customer accrual objectives.

Preferred Education:

-Currently enrolled to complete a Bachelor’s degree in the marketing, business, communication and advertising areas.

-0-2 years professional experience with increasing responsibility in Marketing with proven track record.

-Knowledge of the health field is a plus.

-Previous project examples will also help set you apart from other applicants.
