Pay $35-$38/hr
Per Diem-$166/day-7 days
Mob/demob-mileage, paid travel time, and expenses

Job Summary
As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our projects in the field. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure that all engineering tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Your hands-on experience and problem-solving skills will contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of field projects.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project timelines and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during field operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, drawings, and project updates.
- Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards on-site.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project improvements and efficiencies.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior engineers and field staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 1-3 years of relevant field engineering experience.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the field.
