What you will do:
- Manage and integrate HVAC, Lighting, and IoT systems
- Interact with vendors across various industries
- Learn and apply new technologies continuously to projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers and communicate critical information about projects
- Provide Project Managers with database, programs, and graphics
- Assist Project Managers with start-up and monitor onsite automated systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot programming problems with control systems
- Resolve issues and provide technical support
- Ensure completion of software and hardware updates
- Provide graphics of HVAC DDC control systems
- Serve as a professional resource for customers
What you will need to be successful:
- 2-year technical degree or higher
- 5+ years of HVAC experience required
- 2+ years of HVAC building automation experience required
- Experience preferred with the following: Distech Controls, Tridium, Network Design, BACNet, LonWorks, Modbus, HVAC, DGLux / DSA / Designer / Envysion
- CAD or Visio Experience
- Controls programming experience is a must, Tridium or Distek preferred
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC blueprints and specifications
- Hands-on field operations experience required
- Technological curiosity and ability to self-educate
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Must have a driver's license and good driving record
