As a Director of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the supply chain for plastics raw materials procurement and purchased items to support this complex set of customers and markets, develop and implement strategies to meet global business strategies and costing challenges, and work with the executive leadership team on furthering Accudyn s goal of best serving our customers.

How You Will Make a Difference
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings, efficiency, and align with business goals.
- Build strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality materials, innovation, and value in the supply chain.
- Act as the plastics raw materials expert, guiding sourcing decisions for quality, cost, and supply reliability.
- Ensure procurement compliance with regulations and industry standards, maintaining high quality and sustainability.
- Lead ERP/MRP optimization to improve data management, traceability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Work with teams to improve inventory accuracy, reduce slow-moving stock, and lower inventory costs.
- Lead and develop the purchasing team, ensuring effective execution of procurement goals.

Role Qualifications and Competencies
- 10+ Years of Purchasing, Supply Chain or related Contract Environments
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering or Related Field(s)
- Experience in Manufacturing Supply Chains, Injection Molding or similar preferred
- Experience in Distribution and Logistics
- Knowledge and background in plastics materials preferred.
- Demonstrated commodity management expertise.
This role is onsite at our Erie, PA location and may allow for hybrid-remote work opportunities.
This role will require ability to travel both domestically and internationally to visit Accudyn sites and suppliers.
