About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Testing to lead end-to-end functional testing for our applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and software testing, with the ability to mentor the QA team and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution:
Develop expertise in planning, constructing, and executing test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Utilize business and functional knowledge to ensure adherence to testing standards and methodologies.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to meet overall testing objectives.

Testing Lifecycle Management:
Prepare test scenarios and testing cycles based on high-level design and business requirements.
Perform regression and smoke testing for Salesforce modules, following best practices to ensure design quality.
Lead peer reviews, provide guidance to team members, and monitor task progress against agreed schedules and budgets.

Salesforce-Specific Testing:
Test functionalities developed using Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, and Customization.
Validate Salesforce integrations, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios for projects involving Force.com custom development.
Exposure to testing Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, and Salesforce Automation is advantageous.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring familiarity with Salesforce architecture.

Experience:
12-14 years of software testing experience, with at least 6+ years in Salesforce Testing.
5+ years of experience in automation testing, including designing and supporting automation frameworks.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in Salesforce Testing, including testing configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Proficiency in automation tools, particularly Selenium, Java, API testing, and GUI-based testing.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Force.com development is a plus.
Knowledge of tools like QuerySurge, Practitest, Orchestrator, and JIRA is an added advantage.

Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
