Responsibilities:
? Optimize the on-site search experience using Algolia's search platform functionalities like redirects,
synonyms, rules, boosting, pinning, etc.
? Generate insight into consumer and market trends by analyzing and reporting on search data using
Adobe Analytics.
? Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for search tools.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand our customers and their behavior better so that
we can find ways to improve their experience.
? Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to
improve the overall shopping experience
? Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and
historical data.
? Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.
