Key Points:

Compensation: $130,000-$140,000 (potential for $150k or more for direct alignment)

Onsite Work: MUST be willing to work onsite 5-days a week to start, with potential for a hybrid setting, being 3 days onsite a week in the Lakewood, CO office, just on the border of Golden.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop scalable applications that address business challenges with intuitive design.
  • Write maintainable, highly testable software.
  • Contribute to agile development and ceremonies.
  • Build and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and scalability on the Salesforce platform.
  • Create Lightning Web Components and custom triggers.
  • Maintain data integrity through external tools for importing/exporting data.
  • Continuously improve application design, support, and development practices.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers.

Join our team if you have:

  • Significant experience in Salesforce software engineering.
  • Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk assessment skills.
  • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools like Flow and Validation Rules.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, External Objects).
  • Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience writing and maintaining Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and custom triggers.
  • Strong unit testing practices, exceeding Salesforce code coverage requirements.
  • Proficiency with current JavaScript frameworks and Salesforce development tools.

Nice to have education/certificates, but NOT required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
