Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study
Work Experiences:
2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics.
Skills:

Strategic Thinker: strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
Test & Learn Mentality: being open to trying new things, ability to learn from mistakes and improve the status quo

Problem-solver: Ability to make recommendations, bias for action, positive attitude towards challenges
Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Responsibilities:
Optimize the on-site search experience using Algolia's search platform functionalities like redirects, synonyms, rules, boosting, pinning, etc.
Generate insight into consumer and market trends by analyzing and reporting on search data using Adobe Analytics.
Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for search tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand our customers and their behavior better so that we can find ways to improve their experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to improve the overall shopping experience
Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.
