- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.
- Prepare and manage control plans to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and guidelines.
- Use 8D problem-solving methodologies to address and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improvements.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on quality assurance matters.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the quality engineering field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the Engineering industry.
- Proven experience with PFMEA, control plans, IATF, 8D, and quality control.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of quality management software and tools.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
