The position requires trainers to have strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), including real-world system administration tasks and virtual training delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led virtual training for RH124 and RH134 courses based on the most recent version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Teach trainees essential Red Hat administration tasks, such as user management, system security, storage management, network configuration, and command-line operations.
  • Create a dynamic and interactive virtual learning environment.
  • Provide support and guidance to trainees during and after the training sessions.
  • Ensure trainees receive Red Hat completion certificates within one week after completing the courses.
  • Ensure all training is delivered in alignment with project timelines and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience delivering virtual training using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
  • Proven track record of teaching RH124 and RH134 courses, ideally to corporate or military audiences.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in delivering technical concepts to non-experts.
  • Ability to work in U.S. time zones for training delivery.
