  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
This candidate will be supporting comcast s Capital Finance team, collaborating with several lines of business. The role will involve assisting with A/P management and acting as the main point of contact for Accounts Payable (AP) operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling weekly reporting as an analyst.
  • Managing the reservation of purchase orders (POs) and codes that need to be reserved as invoices.
  • Monitoring and resolving issues related to A/P orders beyond 30 days.
  • Utilizing pivot tables in Excel for analysis and reporting.

Tools and Systems (Used by team): Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups), Oracle & Salesforce.

Top 3 Skills:

  • Excel (pivot tables)
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
