The Project Manager plays a vital role in the product development team by driving new innovation from concept to completion. In this position, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure product development projects align with company goals and timelines. Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (required).
  • Project management certification (preferred).

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Awareness of FDA drug and/or medical device development processes.
  • Familiarity with EPA product submission processes.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in product development or R&D environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects from start to finish.
  • Background in R&D or engineering is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
