Job Description:

Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for performing administrative tasks related to regulatory boards, ensuring compliance with statutes, licensing processes, and board mandates.

Distinguishing Features:

An employee in this role manages moderately complex tasks essential for executing regulations, including reviewing licensure and application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess applications, permits, and certifications for accuracy and compliance with laws and procedures.

Recommend approval or rejection of applications based on regulations, forwarding decisions for final approval.

Handle requests for reciprocity and renewal in accordance with policy.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of licenses and reports.

Implement mandates and directives as required.
