Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to collaborate with senior leadership in the successful transition of Tableau dashboards and reporting to Power BI. This role requires strong internal customer interaction as well as client-facing communication during the transition process from the current Tableau environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assess and analyze existing Tableau dashboards and reports to develop a comprehensive migration plan.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand reporting needs and ensure the new Power BI dashboards meet those requirements.

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards based on the migration plan.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and stakeholders on Power BI functionalities.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the transition process.

  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback.


Must-Haves:



  • Proven experience with Tableau and the ability to understand and replicate existing dashboards in Power BI.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including report design, and data modeling.

  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal clients and senior leadership.

  • Experience in the higher education sector, with an understanding of relevant reporting needs and challenges.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in dashboard migration projects.

  • Familiarity with data sources and integration techniques used in Power BI.
