Charlotte Tilbury is looking for a motivated Coordinator to be an integral part of the Public Relations, Celebrity, Partnerships & Advocacy team in North America. The coordinator will support cross-functional, day-to-day activities within the department. While they will ultimately report into the AVP of the PR & Advocacy Department, day-to-day activities will be supervised by the PR, Celebrity, Partnerships & Advocacy Assistant Manager (Line Manager for the role). The Coordinator position is designed to help the team earn press coverage, organize events, generate best-in-class engagement, build a community of advocates (across Press, Celebrity Makeup Artists, and VIPs), inspire product trial and increase awareness to make Charlotte Tilbury Beauty a tri-axis, beloved beauty brand (Skincare, Colour/Complexion, and Fragrance).

Role Accountabilities{{{{:}}}}
- Assist in the management of North American PR agencies (US and CA), providing press materials, product imagery, and more
- Assist in strategy and management of North American press contacts, maintaining a robust database of Press, Makeup Artistry, and VIP contacts
- Assist in strategy and management of North American advocates across Press, Celebrity Artistry, and VIP
- Support team in concepting and executing branded moments including Press Events, Largescale Experiential, and more
- Under the supervision of the Assistant PR Manager, manage the brand's PR closet, overseeing inventory and proactive/reactive product sendouts
- Assist in the management of mailer strategy in tandem with external PR agencies, supporting all aspects from ideation to delivery
- Handle administrative duties including product orders, creative asset requests, invoices, and mailer lists
- Liaise with cross functional teams regularly across Global PR, Marketing, and Digital
- Support in the management of reporting platforms including Cision, Traackr and Muckrack
- Nurture best in class relationships with Global support teams
- Reporting to the AVP of PR, Celebrity, Partnership, & Advocacy (North America)
- Day-to-day line manager will be Assistant Manager of PR, Celebrity, Partnerships & Advocacy (North America)
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Communications/Public Relations
- Luxury and/or Beauty experience or internships a must
- Having a pulse on current and future beauty industry trends to identify innovative concepts
- Passion for beauty, trends, social media and storytelling
- Thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment with an all-hands-on-deck attitude
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well within a network of peers, partners and industry contacts
- Strong technical skills including{{{{:}}}} MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Cision, Traackr and Muckrack
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate flawless attention to details and be a team player, multi-tasker and creative thinker
