What We’re Looking For:

  • Background: Experience in Industrial Distribution working with end users in the construction space.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least five years of sales experience, with two years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and other relevant technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Self-Motivation: A high-energy self-starter who can work independently and make sound business judgments.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week, up to 36 weeks per year.
