Job Details:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a deep understanding of AI/ML solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and governance of AI/ML models at scale for our Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have experience as a data scientist or in leading data science teams, coupled with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external C-suite executives, ensuring alignment in deploying AI/ML models at scale.
• End-to-End Implementation: Oversee the full spectrum of data management, including Data Quality, Model Deployment, Model Governance, and Model Quality.
• Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor for implementing AI/ML solutions tailored to client needs, specifically Fortune 500 companies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior Data Product Managers to ensure best practices and strategic alignment within the team.
• Strategic Business Management: Engage confidently with existing clients, ensuring smooth delivery and continuity in business. (This is not a sales role).
• Communication & Negotiation: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in data science or leading data science teams.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management, particularly in deploying AI/ML models.
• Confidence in engaging with C-suite executives both internally and externally.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to provide advisory input on AI/ML solutions.
• Experience in overseeing AI/ML model governance and data quality management.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
