Director Of Business Development Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Lead business growth initiatives by identifying and exploring new sales channels and opportunities in innovative, strategic ways
  • Collaborate with internal departments to foster sustainable and profitable sales expansion
  • Monitor and assess market trends to pinpoint rising business prospects
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer/client service and relationship management
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the plastic components or injection molding industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record in securing new business, driving account acquisitions, and developing revenue streams
  • Highly motivated, results-focused individual, able to independently set ambitious targets and deliver on them
  • Strong proficiency in sales strategies and technical knowledge essential for success
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality; proactive and forward-thinking attitude
