In your first few months as an Education Healthcare Recruiter, you'll be immersed in our training curriculum, apply your industry knowledge, and offer mentorship to those around you, while individually contributing.

Responsibilities

As an Education Healthcare Recruiter, you'll be an expert in all things staffing and help make hiring easier for school systems across the US who have various healthcare staffing needs. Through conducting phone interviews, managing interview processes, and negotiating offers, you'll help connect highly talented individuals to growing organizations, typically with school year length employment contracts.

  • Establish new candidate relationships over the phone and over video
  • Identify and pipeline new technology candidates, manage information and follow up on a CRM
  • Screen candidates over the phone and send qualified talent to companies
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation
  • Mentor associate-level recruiters providing recruitment best practices
