About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst - Enterprise Data Consultant to join our banking client's dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key player in driving data-driven insights and enterprise data initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making across multiple banking domains. You will apply your strong business and data analysis expertise to extract valuable insights, ensure data integrity, and create visualizations that inform and empower business leaders.

As an Enterprise Data Consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze banking data, design scalable data solutions, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. This is a hands-on technical role that will require a deep understanding of banking operations, as well as advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex banking data sets.

* Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives and reporting.

* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing clear and insightful data visualizations for key stakeholders.

* Translate business needs into data models and technical solutions that enable enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.

* Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring data solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

* Utilize a strong understanding of various banking domains (such as retail, corporate, deposits, loans, etc.) to inform data analysis and support multiple departments.

* Drive the implementation of data governance and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

* Support data migration, integration, and management efforts, ensuring seamless integration of new data into existing systems.

Required Qualifications:

* 7-10 years of experience Business and Data Analytics, with a focus on enterprise banking data solutions.

* Proven track record working in the banking sector, with exposure to various banking operations and data sets (retail, corporate, etc.).

* Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and managing complex data from multiple sources.

* Strong proficiency with Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation.

* Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Experience working across multiple banking domains and handling diverse banking data.

* Familiarity with data governance practices, data quality control, and regulatory compliance in the banking industry.

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
