  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an experienced Product Designer (Mobile), you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms, for government, enterprise, and consumer customers. Your expertise in mobile design will help create intuitive and engaging apps that meet the needs of a diverse user base, while establishing a strong and distinctive brand identity. This role works closely with engineering and product.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of combined experience, with deep knowledge in both iOS and Android mobile design, and an understanding of producing work that minimizes engineering rework to adopt to the other platform
  • Experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, etc
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback
  • Agile mindset, with experience in prototyping and creating interactive prototypes
  • Understanding of user research and past experience with user research platforms
  • Prior startup experience
