  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Procurement Manager - Software | Hybrid, Boston | 6-month contract + extensions

We are looking for a Procurement Manager for a major financial client to lead software procurement efforts over-seeing deal negotiation, contract review, and supplier management. This role involves working with internal teams and vendors to secure cost-effective, legally sound agreements that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and negotiate large, complex software agreements
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage RFx/competitive bidding to optimize cost and service
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to mitigate risks and achieve financial targets
  • Provide procurement guidance to stakeholders with a “white glove” approach

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT software & services sourcing
  • Expertise in software models (on-prem, cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with top tech vendors
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver P&L savings
  • Experience managing procurement, risk, and vendor processes
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment

Rate: $70-$80 per hour
