  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duration: 2 ROLES:
One role is 3-6-month contract to hire
  • Second role is long term contract (12-18 months) with potential to convert but not guaranteed (need to be able to work on W2 without sponsorship!)
  • Candidates must be able to convert without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Location: 4 days a week on site and 1 remote (of their choice) upon full time conversion in either Charlotte, NC; St Louis, MO; OR Denver, CO
    • This is required from day 1!
Position Overview:
As an Oracle HCM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize our Human Capital Management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on the CoreHR module and other relevant modules such as Payroll.
  • Create and manage Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher documents to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize PL-SQL for database programming and data manipulation tasks.
  • Work with HDL loaders or HSDL loaders for data integration and migration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
  • Strong experience with CoreHR module; knowledge of Payroll module is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Familiarity with HDL loaders and HSDL loaders for data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
