Role: Organizational Change Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior OCM Analyst, specifically developing change management plans and strategy to produce and articulate a detailed journey map
  • 6+ years of experience as a change manager on an enterprise team utilizing Prosci/ADKAR methodologies
  • Experience with UX and visual design teams to create and develop change content and messaging
  • Experienced communicator, presenter, and problem-solver to define detailed behavioral change outcomes, strategic direction messaging for 150k+ employees, and status reports for leadership through industry experience and cadences with service owners

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience owning or managing collaboration and productivity products in the MS365 suite.
  • Previous involvement in OCM for an acquisition or divestiture or the establishment of a new business entity for a large corporate enterprise
  • Been involved in the switch over of large volumes of devices including the issue of new PCs to a new business group

Job Description

A pharmaceutical client in seeking a Senior Organizational Change Analyst to join an enterprise OCM team in their End User organization. The goal of this team is to create detailed strategy and execution surrounding their change programs. This person will be responsible for cross-team collaboration, journey map creation, and execution of change representing the voice of the end user. To be successful, this person will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, understanding of end user change process, familiar with different visualization tools like Visio, PowerPoint, or Mural and change methodologies, and targeted in their change strategy. This person will be working in IT and have multiple stakeholders, so they should be comfortable juggling multiple programs at once as well as feel confident making the best decisions for the business. We will only consider candidates who have high social intelligence and take initiative. This position will be hybrid in Raritan, NJ. Seeking 2-3 days a week onsite.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation: $70hr to $85hr
