About The Job

Google is looking for a VP of Product Management to be the thought leader and driving power behind the Pixel Ecosystem of products and Tensor silicon, including phones, tablets, watches, buds, and silicon. In this role, you will develop the vision, product roadmap, and desired outcomes for the Pixel ecosystem (including any future category decisions), and be responsible for making strategic decisions on priorities, leading cross-organizational collaborations, and delivering high quality, impactful launches. You will work in lockstep with key cross-functional partners and stakeholders to deliver differentiated experiences for Pixel users across hardware, software, and AI. In addition, you will also be responsible for our silicon direction, definition, and future experiences.

As part of this role, you will represent Pixel to internal and external partners and tech reviewers, be an advocate for Pixel, and work closely with Marketing to determine feature direction and highlights; as such, you be able to interface successfully with the Press, C-level execs within Google, and at partner companies.

You will lead and inspire a large team of product managers, as well as foster inclusion and belonging amongst the PM community.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and desired outcomes for the Pixel ecosystem, including future product categories, and drive alignment across hardware, software, and AI.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Pixel hardware, ensuring high-quality, impactful launches that meet user needs and market demands.
  • Shape the strategic direction for Google's Tensor silicon, defining its roadmap and integration within the Pixel ecosystem to deliver differentiated user experiences.
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, design, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution against Pixel's strategic objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a large team of product managers, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
