Role Description

These are full-time on-site roles for a Construction Superintendent at Ramos Companies in the Tampa Bay, FL and another position in Manatee / Sarasota County. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety regulations are followed, organizing project tasks, overseeing budgets, and managing project timelines on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management skills
  • Organization Skills and Budgeting abilities
  • Experience in coordinating and managing construction projects
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
