Client Overview: Our client, a streaming service, is hiring a Metadata Analyst for a parental leave. In this role you will work closely with the Director to ensure the smooth scheduling, metadata entry, and troubleshooting of content across all platforms and territories. Your responsibilities will include managing video, caption, metadata, and image delivery to ensure timely publication of assets.

Metadata Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling programs, trailers, and other assets assigned by the Manager of Operations.
  • Source, enter, and maintain metadata, episodic imagery, and content tags.
  • Perform daily checks on platform content.
  • Troubleshoot CRM tickets and collaborate with the Content Ops team to resolve platform issues.
  • Contribute to writing and distributing rag status emails.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Compliance team to track on-time delivery of compliance ratings,
  • brand imagery, and season imagery.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video files, captions, and metadata for programming publication.
  • Provide support to teams by addressing any requests that arise.

Metadata Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel , Outlook , Word , Google Docs , Jira
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in television or Subscription Video on Demand programming as well as scheduling software is a plus.
